The main aims and objectives of the library:
- develop physically healthy and spiritually rich, highly moral, educated person, a patriot of Kazakhstan and respect the traditions and culture of his own and other peoples;
- civic education, respect for human rights and freedoms, responsibility to themselves and society;
- the formation of a holistic scientific worldview, ecological culture, the creation of prerequisites for entry into the open information space;
- multiple personalities, their cognitive interests, creativity, ability and skills of self-education, creation of conditions for self-realization.
Proceeding from this basic tasks of the library are:
- the formation of the library fund in accordance with the educational programs.
- providing educational process and self-education through library and information - bibliographic service of students and teachers.
- improving the quality of information and bibliographic services.
- formation of information culture of students and the culture of reading through the library system classes.
- education of highly moral, creative thinking, physically healthy person, able to continue to participate in the development of society.
- gradually increase the professional and educational level of students.
